Spring flowers in Capernaum

Give thanks to the God of creation,

God’s love endures forever.

 who brought order of out chaos,

God’s love endures forever.

 and light to the darkness,

God’s love endures forever.

and color to the world,

God’s love endures forever.

Give thanks to the Lord of Sabbath,

God’s love endures forever.

 who causes the snow to fall bringing rest to the earth,

God’s love endures forever.

 and allows the trees to lose their leaves making room for new growth,

God’s love endures forever.

 faithful in a promise of Spring,

God’s love endures forever.

Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good,

God’s love endures forever.

 who causes the sun to rise on the righteous and unrighteous,

God’s love endures forever.

 who gives the birds a new song to sing,

God’s love endures forever.

 whose strong hands bring the renewal of life,

God’s love endures forever.

 and causes hope to live in us all,

God’s love endures forever.
